Hello 2024, Trusting the Elevation!

Finding H.E.R: The process from Separation to Elevation

The process is hard, challenges arise but the growth that takes place is necessary! Many of us go through the “growing pains” of separating from the familiar, the comfortable, the place of acceptance to move forward into the unknown, uncomfortable, and the place of rejection. Yes, I said rejection! It’s the unknown, it’s not going to know you, and it’s not going to be all in upfront, right? It takes us time to rebuild and it takes another level of who you Truly are to breakthrough!

This process from separation to elevation for me is to Find H.E.R~Heal, Edify, Reassure! It is a mental elevation process for me to separate in my mental to elevate my mind to become Healed from past places of hurt, Edified from my mistakes, and Reassured that I am ENOUGH, Deserving!

Heal from past hurts:

God will push you into the uncomfortable to fix our character and help us to unlock what He needs in us for the God assignment! Past hurts created this space in me that blocked me from receiving new relationships and it harbored a lot of unforgiveness in my heart. It wasn’t until I began to speak differently about situations and truly turn to God for help to heal! In that process God showed me I had to separate my thought process on relationships. I had to be reminded that not all people are the same and that I was not the same. Something different had taken place, relationships shapes us as well as the other person at our OWN level of maturity.

Edified from my mistakes:

We have a way of making people feel like they are in prison in their mind due to a mistake that was made. We should always be in a place of forgiveness and being kind, tenderhearted towards someone else. You never really know what someone else is going through. I had to learn that some people actions aren’t intentional, they have to be set free from the prison of their mind to even receive you. Once I was released in my mind, I was able to speak encouragement to uplift myself. This is why affirmations are important, we are transformed by the words we speak over ourselves! It’s the same mentality as in emergency situations on a plane! Get your oxygen on first then you can help your neighbor.

God word says, “Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.” ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭4:32‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Reassured that I am Deserving:

Life situations are not as bad as we think! Just a little ounce of hope then so many things can take place! Change your perspective and your life will change. This is not as easy as it seem but we have to begin somewhere. Allow the process time then we will see change. In the end of it all, despite anything that is spoken into your life by others, always know that this place you have arrived to is Deserving of who you are! It is your Destined place to exude in the greatness that God has ordained over your life! It is the true elevated place where you are no longer the person of your past, where you speak well of yourself and receive the spirit of new relationships, Why? Because YOU are Destined for all great things! Go forth!

Signing off until next time!
